Subscription status (trial, active, cancelled)
Subscription start and end dates
Stripe customer ID and subscription ID (payment reference only)

Usage Data (non-personal):

Planning scenarios (product names, demand figures, financial projections)
Supply plans and financial models
Forecast records

No special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) are processed.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Base44 is in place or being established per Art. 28 GDPR.

Account & subscription data: subscription duration + 3 years
Planning scenarios & forecasts: subscription duration + 1 year
Payment references: 10 years (EU tax law)

7. Your Rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection.

8. Data Security

TLS/HTTPS encryption, access controls, authentication via Base44 platform.

9. International Transfers

Base44 and Stripe may process data outside the EEA. EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
